Introduced during the first edition the “carte blanche” given by the International Film Festival on Disability to the directors of the foreign festivals will be pursued.
Each will propose during the FIFH a selection of films about disability and « difference ».
This "carte blanche" will be renewed for every edition of the International Film Festival on Disability with directors of other festivals around the world.
We hope to fall within an approach of rewarding exchanges throughout the world and bring about a debate that will go over our geographical and intellectual frontiers.
